A food delivery business is a coordination problem. Restaurants, grocery stores, riders, and hungry customers all need to be in step, and when one of them is not, the order arrives late or not at all.
We built the control room for a delivery platform: an administration panel where the operations team sees every order, assigns riders from a dispatch board, and manages the restaurants and grocery stores on the platform.
The panel is in French, built for the market the platform serves. It gives the business a clear view of revenue, order volume, and completion rate for any period, so decisions are based on what is actually happening.
