Overview

Ask most organizations where a particular laptop, generator, or vehicle is right now, who has it, and what it is worth, and the honest answer is a guess. Assets get bought, moved, repaired, and lost without a record, and the cost only shows up at audit time.

This system gives every asset a record card: its status, current value, exact location, and warranty, with photos, documents, incidents, and a complete timeline of everything that has happened to it.

It follows the asset through its whole life, from purchase and assignment to maintenance, depreciation, and disposal, so finance, operations, and auditors all work from the same register.

01

The challenge

Organizations with equipment spread across sites lose track of where each asset is, who holds it, and what it is worth.

02

Our solution

We built an asset register where every item has a record card showing status, value, location, and warranty, with documents, incidents, hierarchy, and a full timeline attached.

What's inside

Each capability can be tailored to the way your organization works.

01

Asset record card

One view of identity, status, value, location, and warranty, with tabs for documents, incidents, hierarchy, lifecycle, and timeline.

02

Location down to the room

Track assets through a hierarchy of site, building, floor, and room.

03

Movement and custody

Record every transfer and know who is responsible for each asset at any time.

04

Financial lifecycle

Follow value from acquisition onward, ready for finance and audit.

05

Maintenance and spare parts

Schedule maintenance, log repairs, and manage the spare parts they consume.

06

Custom fields

Add the details your organization tracks, without waiting for a developer.

Results

A record card per asset with documents, incidents, and timeline

Location hierarchy down to the room

Maintenance, protection, and spare parts tracked alongside value
